nustabet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the nustabet website accessible at nustabet.net, including all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the nustabet Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nustabet Platform in any capacity.

To register and use the nustabet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and non-human actors are not permitted to hold nustabet Accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of nustabet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by nustabet or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

nustabet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed to nustabet's satisfaction.

To access the full range of nustabet Services, you must register for an Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one nustabet Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nustabet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify nustabet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• Account Transfers: nustabet Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.

nustabet reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

nustabet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and registered in your name. nustabet reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside nustabet's control.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are as specified on the Platform's cashier page. nustabet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Currency: All transactions on the nustabet Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
• Anti-Money Laundering: nustabet complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. nustabet reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into any Account and to delay or refuse withdrawals pending such verification.

nustabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. nustabet reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus fraud — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: nustabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Users who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

The following rules govern gameplay on the nustabet Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the nustabet Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Random Number Generation: All nustabet games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. nustabet does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, nustabet reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the User's Account. nustabet's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game and by User Account tier.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify nustabet's support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. nustabet will investigate and its decision shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustabet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-Account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or assisting a person under 21 in accessing the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the nustabet Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nustabet staff or other Users through any communication channel.

nustabet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all nustabet Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) during the active period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set loss limits that prevent further wagering once a specified loss threshold is reached within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their Account will be temporarily suspended from all gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a longer break may activate self-exclusion for a period of their choosing, up to and including permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. nustabet will not send promotional communications to self-excluded Users.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications reminding Users of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during their current session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nustabet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without nustabet's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any nustabet trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of nustabet's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nustabet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustabet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond nustabet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other third parties involved in the delivery of Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nustabet's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nustabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a nustabet Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data (name, date of birth, contact details) for Account management and KYC purposes.
• Collection of transaction data for payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Collection of gameplay data for service improvement, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Use of cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.

nustabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are as specified on the Platform.
• At nustabet's sole discretion, for any other reason nustabet deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting nustabet's support team. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

nustabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nustabet will notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the nustabet Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the nustabet Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting nustabet's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent nustabet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
